Cancellation Policy

1. Overnight Stays
• Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before Service Start Date:
Full refund of the total service fee.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before Service Start Date:
No refunds will be issued, as we have reserved this time exclusively for your booking.
2. Daytime Visits and Walks
• Cancellations Made 12 Hours or More Before Scheduled Time:
Full refund of the service fee.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before Scheduled Time:
No refunds will be issued due to the short notice.
3. Early Return or Change of Schedule
• If you return home earlier than expected or reduce the length of scheduled services after the service has begun, no refunds will be provided for unused days or time slots.
4. Exceptions
• In case of emergencies (e.g., severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances), cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clients may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward future services.
