• 25% deposit is required as per the terms agreed during booking. The remainder will be due upon completion of services.
• Refunds are only provided as outlined in our cancellation policy.

• Injuries, illnesses, or accidents involving pets due to pre-existing conditions or behaviors.
• Damage to property caused by pets.
